My family lives in an old home (1860s) lovingly furnished over time with a mixture of antiques and new pieces. I decided last summer, after redecorating the dining room, that I would like to substitute a buffet for the antique preacher’s desk that displayed my crystal. Many months later, after exhausting all the furniture stores in our locale and scouring the Internet to no avail, I discovered your Amish Furniture website. I was immediately attracted to the Aspen Buffet and was gratified to learn that you would consider all my customization ideas. Your design consultant, Caty Tillman, was endlessly patient with my repeated questions and requests. Her responses were always prompt, whether by email or telephone, accurate and thoughtful; I felt as though Caty became my friend during this transaction. Although I would normally never have considered purchasing furniture online, your website, the history of your company, the testimonials of other satisfied customers and especially Caty’s attentive service, convinced me that I had no reason to worry. The whole process took only three months, from initial query to white glove delivery, and I am so pleased with my handsome new buffet that I cannot walk through the dining room without stopping to admire it! The four (instead of 2) glass doored cabinets provide even more display space than I had before and the “antiquey” looking glass makes everything look so pretty! Furthermore, the glass shelves allow the lighting (the touch switch in the hinge is so cool!) to penetrate the cabinet’s interior so it looks like a jeweler’s showcase. Thanks to the special silver drawer liners, I now have ample storage space for my flatware, too. This heirloom-quality piece complements my furnishings beautifully and meets all of my personal specifications as well. I couldn’t be more pleased and I will recommend you unreservedly to all my family and friends.

The table did arrive yesterday. The delivery truck was not able to negotiate our dead-end dirt road, but we were able to agree on a convenient nearby location where we could meet and transfer the table to my vehicle. The delivery driver was also very diligent and helpful in making sure that I was able to inspect the table before signing off on the delivery. It arrived in perfect condition, and it looks fantastic in our living room. The match with our hardwood floors is exactly what we were hoping for. The shadowbox top fulfills a dream of my wife's to have a special place to display her seashell collection. I expect that in future years we will be interested in adding matching end tables. Thank you to all who played a part in crafting and shipping this superb piece of furniture!

The furniture came in fine shape...delivered by the folks that just moved us here. It is as good in real life as it looked online, and looks great in the new house. I would recommend your furniture to everyone. It's "real" handmade, custom, solid wood furniture (or else we are really fooled!) and when you see pics of the house, you'll know we appreciate that quality.
There was one glitch in that the bar stools came without backs, but we spoke to Debra about it. We decided to keep the "backless" ones anyway and she adjusted the price accordingly (and offered us another leaf for the table which was appreciated) The customer service has been as fine as the furniture.
Next time we need furniture, I hope we may do business again.

The chairs are beautiful! Our agency supports individuals with intellectual disabilities. Our residents are very hard on furniture and we wanted to try your custom made dining room chairs. They look very sturdy and well made on your website. In person they seem to be just what we are looking for. Of course, the true test will be with our residents. We absolutely love the children's table and chairs set that we purchased for our son's 2nd birthday. The quality is excellent and it is very durable to stand up to a very active toddler! We received our furniture the other day, just as planned. I can honestly say that we are more than thrilled with the quality of each and every piece. Coming from a woodworking background myself, I am very impressed with the workmanship. Every piece of wood is very well figured, the joints meet perfectly, there is no wood filler or exposed screw/nail holes, and the staining and finishing are superb. The furniture is exactly as we'd hoped and well worth the wait. As a matter of fact, we've already decided to order bedroom furniture from you as soon as we decide what style we want.
Aside from the furniture, working with you folks has been an absolute pleasure. Everyone I've spoken to throughout the whole process has been kind, friendly, able and willing to answer every question I've asked. You're doing everything right and will be hearing from us again, soon.

I just wanted to let both of you know what an impressive piece of furniture this table is. I love it. The entire experience has been wonderful, including the shipping. In fact, we are still recycling some of the shipping materials!
It is disconcerting to buy a substantial piece of furniture, sight unseen, on the internet. Pictures helped; the testimonials of others helped. But, above all, it was Nell Narowski's voice, her help with the stain samples, and her patient soul that clinched the purchase for me. Thank you, Nell.
On the pictures, I have pulled away the chairs to show the gorgeous stance of the table. It makes a statement all its own. We bought the larger of the two widths and all four leaves. Te wood is exquisite and the craftsmanship excellent. This table is truly an heirloom.
