Dovetailed Drawers

All roll top desks frames are built with one-inch solid hardwood to ensure sturdiness and durability. The drawers are built using dovetail joints for maximum strength.

Solid Wood Rolltop

The roll tops are built from a solid piece of wood to maintain the consistent wood grain. The wood tops are slit in order to get the bowed shape and then backed with webbing to ensure smooth operation.

Finishing Process

The stain is applied by using a spray gun for even application then hand rubbed to remove any excess stain. The desk is then lightly hand sanded to smooth out the wood and then sprayed with a finish coat for stain and scratch resistance.
