Delivery Options

Before choosing your shipping method it is best that you understand the difference between the two shipping methods, white glove and curbside.

Curbside Shipping:
Curbside shipping is the least expensive. The shipping company delivers your furniture to your house but it not responsible for helping you unload or carrying it into your house. If you purchased a table it does not come fully assembled. For safer shipping the table top and base are packaged separately. Assembling the table is easy; the table comes with all the necessary hardware and the table and base need to be bolted together. It general takes 10 - 14 business days to have your furniture delivered by this shipping method.

White Glove Shipping:
White glove shipping is more expensive because it requires two delivery personnel instead of one. The two men will carry the furniture to the room(s) requested and set up the furniture (i.e., assemble beds, place hutch tops on hutch bases, etc.). Because this shipping method requires the use of a different shipping company, it can take up to 14-21 business days to have it delivered by this shipping method.

Delivery Instructions

Before the driver leaves and you sign off on the Delivery Receipt it is important to inspect the entirety of your furniture for any damage. If there is any damage to the furniture, be sure to note this on the Delivery Receipt. If you are unable to fully inspect the furniture write as such on the Delivery Receipt. This will enable you to still place a claim with the shipping company later.

If there is damage to your table during shipping our shipping company, PackShipUSA will assist in filing a damage claim within 10 days of receipt of the order. Resolution of the claim can include repairing the item, selling the items for salvage, or replacing the item. The shipping company will need pictures of the damage in order to process your claim.
